HRCS is not supported through tax dollars at the city, county, state or federal level.

HRCS is a non-profit.  There is a Endowment Fund for scholarships and grants, which are being used for those that cannot afford therapeutic and testing services.  HRCS is seeking contributions from our supporters to increase this endowment through individual solicitations and through grant funding.  All donations are tax deductible.

HRCS is an Employee Assistance Provider (EAP).
